How does it work?
Each team receives a kit including a game board with detailed instructions, cards depicting mini-machines, and all necessary materials for assembly.
The creative phase begins: teams select their preferred machines and start assembling using the provided materials. Success, however, hinges not only on individual ingenuity. For the chain reaction to work, teams must exchange materials, coordinate connections between groups, and, above all, collaborate effectively. True success is collective.
Throughout the game, teams conduct cross-tests with others to fine-tune the sequences, improve the flow of movements, and resolve unforeseen issues. Every adjustment brings the group closer to a common victory.
Then comes the grand finale: triggering THE chain reaction. If all goes smoothly, it becomes a moment of pure spectacle, shared pride, and joyous celebration — a powerful visual demonstration of what creativity, precision, and teamwork can achieve together.

What does this partnership involve?
Team Masters provides Kompanjon with annual financial and organisational support. In addition, we include a voluntary contribution (between €50 and €150 per project) in our proposals, which – upon approval – is transferred in full to Kompanjon. Clients may also choose to donate directly via www.kompanjon.be/steun-ons (donations from €40 are eligible for a tax certificate).
