We Love Music
Battle for the gold record! Sing, dance, and solve musical puzzles in this fun, engaging teambuilding where creativity and teamwork take centre stage.

How does it work?
Participants are divided into teams and take on a series of musical challenges. From playing instruments and deciphering musical codes, to singing recognizable songs and dancing to famous hits – each task requires different skills and puts your creativity, sense of rhythm, and teamwork to the test.
Each successful challenge earns your team mini musical instruments, raising the stakes and intensifying the race for the gold record.
The activity culminates in a festive grand finale, where scores are revealed and the winning team is celebrated. Who will impress with creativity and cohesion? Who will claim the gold record? The winners will not only take home the trophy but also cherish the memories of a day filled with fun, teamwork, and musical magic.

This teambuilding activity offers a range of sub-activities. After you choose to partner with us, we’ll guide you in selecting the options that best fit your schedule, preferences, and objectives.
Colour Music
Play along with color-coded Boomwhackers® music sheets and guess the songs you’re playing. It’s a fun activity that focuses on teamwork and communication. Can your team guess the 8 global hits from various genres and eras?
Musino
A domino game featuring music artists as cards. Each team gets 52 cards with artists that they need to arrange on the game board. There’s only one correct combination. Who can solve this puzzle?
Voice battle
Singing together is way more fun! Teams choose their favorite songs from the karaoke list, and then it’s up to them to score as high as possible. A voting machine will keep track of the points!
Music Morse
Use a set of percussion instruments to share rhythms with the other half of your team. It sounds simple, but you can’t use any visual or verbal communication. It’s like Morse code… but with drums!
4Music
Based on the game of Quartets, this activity is for true puzzle lovers. Each team has 320 cards. Who can find all 80 correct combinations the fastest?
Just Dance
Dance together on the dance floor! Up to 6 team members can dance to one of the very recognizable songs. Which team will score the highest?

At Team Masters, we believe a strong event can mean so much more. That’s why we support Kompanjon vzw, an organisation that connects higher education students with socially vulnerable families to provide in-home study guidance. In this way, we contribute to equal educational opportunities and a hopeful future for every child.
What does this partnership involve?
Team Masters provides Kompanjon with annual financial and organisational support. In addition, we include a voluntary contribution (between €50 and €150 per project) in our proposals, which – upon approval – is transferred in full to Kompanjon. Clients may also choose to donate directly via www.kompanjon.be/steun-ons (donations from €40 are eligible for a tax certificate).
