Can a teambuilding activity take place at our own company premises?
Yes. Many activities can be organised at your office, in a warehouse, company restaurant, meeting room, garden or elsewhere on your company premises.
We assess the available space, facilities and any specific safety or technical requirements in advance.
Where can Team Masters organise a teambuilding activity?
Team Masters organises teambuilding activities throughout Belgium and internationally. They can take place at your own company premises, in a hotel, conference centre, event venue, city centre, natural setting or at one of our partner locations.
Options are available in and around Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Mechelen, Limburg, Liège, Ostend and the Ardennes, among many other locations.
Does Team Masters organise both indoor and outdoor activities?
Yes. We offer indoor and outdoor activities, as well as concepts that combine both. Indoor concepts are ideal when weather conditions need to be taken out of the equation. Outdoor activities offer more space and movement, as well as opportunities to make use of a city or natural environment.
The best option depends on the season, location, participants and objectives of the teambuilding.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For outdoor activities, we discuss in advance which weather conditions are suitable for the activity. Depending on the concept, we can provide a rain plan, an alternative indoor space or a replacement activity.
It is important to agree on these arrangements during the preparation phase rather than waiting until the day of the event.
Does Team Masters have its own venue for teambuilding activities?
Team Masters does not operate from one fixed teambuilding venue. We organise activities at locations throughout Belgium, at companies’ own premises and across an extensive network of external event and partner venues.
Based on the number of participants, chosen activity, region and your specific requirements, we can advise you on a suitable location.
Can we book a venue ourselves, or does Team Masters need to arrange it?
Both options are possible. If you have already found or booked a suitable venue, we will be happy to assess whether the chosen teambuilding activity can be organised there. If you do not yet have a venue, Team Masters can advise you and help you find and book a location that suits the activity, group size, region and available budget.
