Using a combination of human creativity and AI tools, participants write lyrics, shape the melody, and film together. Inspired by your company or a theme of your choice, the result is a one-of-a-kind hit that reflects your team’s spirit, energy, and creativity – a fun and lasting memory of the experience.
Participants develop teamwork, creativity, and communication skills while exploring AI tools. Learning how to use them effectively, and finding new ways to approach creative challenges. Hit Factory starts with a group brainstorming session, where teams discuss the theme, style, and story behind their song and decide how to bring their team’s personality to life.
Participants then split into two subgroups:
Once the song is ready, the whole team films together, with everyone stepping into the spotlight as actors to bring the story to life.
After filming, all teams join a mini “song festival”. Each group presents their creation, everyone votes for their favorites, and the team with the highest score wins a prize!
