Participants compete in teams against each other in a series of challenging tasks, such as complex 3D puzzles and brainteasers. Each round focuses on strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration within a limited timeframe.
After each task, a referee from another team is appointed to evaluate the performance. But this referee is not neutraland that’s exactly the point. This deliberate subjectivity sparks reflection: how do you respond when judged unfairly? What does fair play mean when the rules themselves are under pressure?
The team then evaluates the referee on fairness, objectivity, and integrity using symbolic ‘integrity stones’.
At the end of the game, both the achieved scores and the collected ‘integrity stones’ are tallied. Winning is therefore not only about performing well, but above all about building trust and staying fair under pressure.
Integrity is more than a game: it’s an immersive experience revealing the unseen dynamics of teamwork. It raises awareness of decision impacts, the importance of reliability, and the value of integrity in today’s evolving professional world. Ideal for organisations seeking to build deeper trust and fairness as the foundation of lasting team success.
