Each participant begins by completing a personal booklet featuring questions about their interests, experiences, and professional skills. This booklet serves as a conversation guide, helping to initiate meaningful exchanges with others.
Once the booklet is filled in, the real interaction begins. Participants circulate and identify shared traits with others. For each commonality discovered, they exchange a sticker and record the match in their booklet.
The game is structured into three progressive rounds, each increasing in difficulty:
- Round 1: Find one point of similarity
- Round 2: Find at least two
- Round 3: Identify three or more
Bonus points are awarded to those who uncover four or more shared traits, adding a competitive and strategic dimension to the activity.
At the end of the game, all points are tallied to reveal the ultimate Networking Champion, the participant who has collected the most stickers.
The format can be played individually or in teams, making it an ideal tool for enhancing group dynamics, encouraging collaboration, and building stronger interpersonal relationships.
Knowing Me, Knowing You is far more than a traditional networking activity. It’s a high-energy, interactive experience designed to spark real conversations, create authentic connections, and help participants gain deeper insights into one another.
