Team Tonic

Team Tonic is a lighthearted and interactive teambuilding activity that immerses participants in the refined world of gin and tonic. Combining tasting, olfactory discovery, and sensory analysis, teams learn to recognise and appreciate the many subtle aromas of these exceptional drinks. 

This activity goes beyond a simple tasting: it encourages conversation, teamwork, and a friendly spirit of competition. Suitable for all participants (including those who do not consume alcohol) it reveals the aromas and ingredients behind the cocktails with the same sensory intensity. The interactive element and lively debates about flavour origins create a unique dynamic, adding an original twist to any gathering.

The sensory exploration begins: each team receives an intriguing aroma box filled with scents to identify, along with instructions. Their first mission? Match each aroma to the corresponding card to discover the key notes of gin. Participants sniff, discuss, test… and decide together.

Next comes a more challenging task: linking the aromas to the correct gins, then identifying the tonic that perfectly complements the blend. To succeed, teams must solve a puzzle combining logic, scent, and teamwork. With deduction, surprises, and plenty of laughter, the atmosphere soon comes alive.

Once the mystery of the aromas is unlocked, it’s time to get creative: each participant crafts their own Gin & Tonic inspired by their discoveries, before enjoying it in a relaxed, convivial setting. A non-alcoholic version is also offered, equally immersive and rich in sensory experience.
