The Race is an exciting and dynamic teambuilding activity where teams build their own race car and then compete in a spectacular speed challenge. But speed alone won’t be enough! Teams are also judged on the durability, creativity, and originality of their vehicle, making cooperation and strategic thinking just as essential as track performance.

This immersive experience combines technical ingenuity, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced competition. Participants must work together efficiently to construct a high-performing and unique car within a limited timeframe. The activity promotes problem-solving, leadership, and time management, while injecting a healthy dose of adrenaline and competitive fun.
How does it work?
Each team receives the same basic kit with building materials and an illustrated manual to assemble their car. Within a dedicated “shop,” participants can acquire additional materials to personalise and optimise their vehicle.
With a strict deadline looming, teams must use their technical skills, creativity, and teamwork to complete their build.
Before the race, each vehicle undergoes a safety and durability inspection. After test laps, it’s time for the ultimate showdown. Each team gets two timed laps to set the fastest record.
But speed isn’t the only winning factor: awards are also given for the most creative design and best teamwork. The winning team takes the podium, medal around their neck, to the applause of all. Who will cross the finish line first and wave the checkered flag?
