Largest Beat the Box ever unites 900 participants

The European Commission DG Budget plays a crucial role in managing the EU budget and was looking for a powerful and dynamic teambuilding activity to strengthen collaboration and communication within their organisation. After an intensive seminar with speakers, the goal was to bring all participants together interactively within a tight time frame.

How do you ensure that 900 people, spread across different departments and with diverse backgrounds, effectively collaborate within a limited two-hour timeframe? This needed to be achieved without compromising energy levels and participant engagement.

Team Masters organised the largest Beat the Box event ever. Upon arrival at Square Brussels, participants were welcomed, briefed, and immediately divided into teams. In a race against the clock, teams had to solve various puzzles, riddles, and cryptic codes to complete the ultimate challenge: unlocking the ​‘mystery box’.
